Welcome back to another Healthy Weekly Meal Plan! I can’t believe how quickly October is flying by. I’m loving the cooler weather and fall comfort foods. In this week’s meal plan, we have lots of that for you! From gluten free, meatless pastas to savory soups and low fat pumpkin cookies, we’ve got you covered for the week!
